Introduction
Tianjin Yuansheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is a company manufacturing high-tech level copper alloy castings. It is located in Beichen District of Tianjin occupying the area of more than 20,000- square meter with 7,500- square meter building area. The company has two casting workshops. One workshop mainly manufactures bronze castings at all trademarks with annual planned capacity of 600t. The other workshop manufactures gray iron castings at all trademarks with annual planned capacity of 4,000t. The main production equipment include: a 3t cupola, two 1t medium frequency furnaces, a 0.5t medium frequency furnace, a 0.25t medium frequency furnace, a 10t of resin sand production line, a 5t of resin sand production line, two abrator shot blasting machines, and a centrifugal casting machines; a 16t crane block, two 10t crane blocks, two 5t crane blocks, three 3t crane blocks and conventional machining equipments such as lathe, milling machine and grinding machine. The main testing methods are physical and chemical laboratories as well as steel metal fast analyzer. Our long term aim is to provide high quality products and services to customers.
